Gene Schadler LCSW, Registered Play Therapist and Supervisor, EMDR Certified Therapist

Gene Schadler LCSW has been providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults since 1992. He received his MSSW from University of Louisville, Kent School of Social Work and his BA in Psychology from Thomas More University.  Gene has provided treatment across the continuum of mental health from coping with life transitions to serious mental illness. Treatment models include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Therapy, parent training and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). He has spoken nationally and regionally regarding mental health issues. His work has been made possible with the support of his faith, spouse, and four children. Hobbies and play include exercise, gardening and pottery.
